Aifaa Anuar

Drum Teacher
Aifaa Anuar, is a freelance musician from Ampang, Selangor with extensive experience in live performances & behind the scenes in music. He has been actively playing in various bands in the local scene from Rock/Heavy Metal to Pop/Blues since his high school years until today. He has a wide exposure to many kinds of genre throughout his musical experience but choose Rock music as his main genre.

Started his musical journey at the age of 12, he pick up drums as his first instrument and actively playing shows and gigs in the underground local scene, participating in various battle of the band around Kuala Lumpur during his high school years. Later on, he expands his musical journey by getting involved with a lot of experienced musician in the music industry from local scene to mainstream. 

Starting as a self-taught drummer involves developing skills and understanding through practice and learning from online resources which leads him into taking proper class to learn more about music theory and proper techniques in drumming and completed Grade 6 from Yamaha Music School with distinction in drums. Currently teaching drums for students on Trinity Rock & Pop, Rock School.

He has also gained extensive experience performing in various gigs, events & productions, playing alongside different bands with different genre as a sessionist. Alongside performing with the band, he is currently active as a sessionist for any musical event, drum tutoring, songwriting and music production.
